I recently found out that my wife is seeing another guy, I saw those SMS between she n that that guy and I confronted her n she also admitted seeing him. With SMS I have taken photos of it, can it serve as evidence as adultery reason to apply for divorce ? We have 5yr old kid, n she also stated if divorce I will be the main caretaker of our kid. Furthermore do I still have to pay her monthly maintenance fees if she admitted adultery? Pls help me
