U facing the problem is about same with me. But I can tell you that those sms can't be use on a evidence. And if u want sue her under adultery, must have evidence from PI. U can sue her under other category ( check with your lawyer ). If you sue her under adultery, she will have a record. Cool down and discuss with your lawyer and your family members. So that u won't make any mistakes because of anger, stress and more.. Because I have go through this recently.
