A few days ago I had booked Ann but she was late, I waited nearly for 30 minutes and got angry and call recep to change booking to Summer.

Here the FR, overall quite sweet and accommodating.

After finished, she told me her name is actually "Star". I remember the recep auntie tell me Ann is actually called "Kiwi" there in LK. Not sure why it is always like that. Why always got 2 different names? And I find she look different from picture of Summer posted here.

Knn, the recep auntie also one kind, she know Ann is not in but still accept my booking, although I called 3 hours in advanced, she should have let me know. Service getting lousier.
