Over the years, I loaned more than $50k to friends, relatives and probably get less than 10% back.
Many of them have sad stories. Some of them is because of credit card bills. If they can pay back, why they want to borrow in the first place? Most of the time already quite deep in debt already.
When u plan to lend to someone, just take it as he/ she will not have the means to return. Consider it charity. I see myself as fortunate since I am the giver than receiver
