The brothels in NV are highly regulated and not very convenient if you are visiting one of the larger cities (ie: Las Vegas). I went to one many years ago just to see what it was like. It was about a 1 hr drive outside of vegas, the prices were expensive (I think it started at $300 USD) for full service and IIRC each girl could set their own price too. BJ was covered and overall it was fairly mechanical. You could pick your girl so that was a nice plus and if you didnt like anyone you saw you could wait or leave. Overall I wasn't that impressed.
