Context: I am 59 now.

1) I started having problem with maintaining full erection after 50. I was still doing ok before that and sex was great, especially with someone I have a connection with. At 40s, I still can have sex 4-5 times a week.

2) After 50, I suffered a bout of erectile problem. I think prob because I wasn't having sex and ended up wanking off to porn.

3) Also in the 50s.. There were times when I went for commercial release and literally done after 5 thrusts. I dunno why is that. Probably also can be attributed to the constant porn releases. It that lasted for a few years. One good thing came out of that, I stopped going to commercial release. I mean, think of it, 5 thrusts for $150. That's $30 per thrust.

few years ago I had chance to get regular sex. So I looked for medical assistance. Lo and behold, I was able to get a full erection (need to time carefully for peak performance) and miraculously, the premature problem also disappeared. My partner even commented that she was surprise I could last so long.

Since I am getting regular sex now, I cut down on porn. I found that I could sustain my erection without medical assistance, even if it wasn't as hard, but it was enough to get the job done.

I still rely on medical assistance nowadays, if I can anticipate action. Why? because it gives me a fuller erection so to better satisfy my partner. But if I cannot time it, I still can perform as is.

So I guess my takeaway is less (or better still, no) porn. There is medical research that shows porn will cause ED. It has to do with the brain. Good news is, it could be reversed simply by stopping or cutting down on porn. For older guy like me, the reversal seems to be faster (took me 1 more of cold turkey to work). For guy who started watching porn regularly at a young age, it may take as long as 3-4 months. You can look this up. There are some pretty good discussion on TED talks.
