Yes, cambodia is very safe. I was in Phnom penh, Siem reap and Poipet in May 2022, I dont have that dangerous feelings.
There are many people and tourists walking and enjoying themselves in Phnom penh riverside bars at night. And the roads as usual are very busy especially at night. Nagaworld as usual, have many people inside gambling.
