The standard fare posted by Formosa for their drivers should be something about 350k (4 hours to go, eat, relax, come back)
I read on this forum that it is possible to rent car for one full day for 300k. I would suggest you start asking one day before more than one driver. It is ESSENTIAL that you hire a trusted one. I would not want to find myself at Barelang without driver.
