Anyway, the millionaire club is based on commission, not sales. So it is indeed a millionaire club. The thing with most Singaporeans is that they somehow like to undermine other people who do well, especially some commons sales role like insurance or property agents.
Just remember this - they are not the reason why your salary and work are shit. Go blame someone else la.
