After all the superb MRs here, decided to give Kiki a try.

Location: 6/10 No nearby parking available. Nearest one is across the street but will be inconvenient on rainy days. Not near mrt but near a bus stop. Single unit but it's old. Does not seem to have a lot of residents staying so foot traffic is low.
