is sex a kind of exercise?
I heard from some websites that sex is good, cos it makes u healthy,
but that time i went for FL and she told me that sex can make some of your internal organs weaker.. so... any idea about this? |

I take sex as a good workout. It is as good as 1 to 5 km jog. Only too much sex can be streneous. If you resort to taking "supplements" to keep up wif sex, then you can injure yourself. It's the supplement not sex dat can damage your internal organs. Sex can make your legs weaker cos the blood supply to the legs are reduced to supply to your penis. So if you are fit, then no problem.

Yes, sex is a form of exercise. It raises your heart rate and you breathe deeper, and while you think it's only your lil bro that's doing the work, you'll realise that all the pelvic thrusts, rolls around the bed, carrying her as you fuck her vertically all constitute as "labour" and as such, you do burn calories.
It's just crucial that when someone mentions "sex is like exercise", it's meant to say that it burns substantial calories. It doesn't mean that you can run a marathon from having marathon sex sessions - you have to train specifically for these. But, yes, you do sort of like have a workout in the physical act of intercourse. Of course, how much calories you lose depend on many factors which I won't go into. But don't think of it as the only form of exercise simply because it's pleasurable. While you do have elevated heart rate, it may not be high enough to improve cardiovascular health such as jogging for half and hour or swimming. Just my 2-cents. |
