Those days are like living in heaven. So many pretty and sexy gals, so little money and so little time! RTF until many bros broke! Well, this is the best text book example of supply-demand. University students shall do a research on this to write a thesis. The demand for quality HCs (top-class gals) reached its peak about 7 or 8 years ago - that was when one can hardly see any China mei mei. The influx of China gals doing TNs begin to gain momentum about 7 years ago. Many HC regulars start to leave HCs for China mei mei. Well, that fatal mistake has become a non reversible trend. Because many HC regulars are going for TNs, HC business are affected. Many HC gals are seeing less customers per day and their income are affected. Meanwhile the HC operators are reducing intake of new gals to sustain their business because of less customers. Example, HC that brings in 3 new gals per month ended up bringing in 1 gal per month or 1 gal every 2 months. Because of less new gals, HC regulars also visit HC less. This is a vicious cycle. Even the existing HC gals also earning less. So they decided to quit. Therefore it has become a less attractive venture for many young gals across the Causeway. Many HC gals who come to Singapore usually already know how much they can make from their friends (ex HC gals). Since this is no longer a lucrative venture, many gals opt to do something else instead of coming to Sin-gapore. I heard at its peak many HC gals can make as much as $100K within 6 months on the job. 7 or 8 sessions X $100 X 25 days X 6 months. Why not ? the ang pai gal can even do 10 sessions per day. Some gals stayed for 1 or 2 years and retired rich in their home country. Compared to now, many gals were saying they will be lucky if they can get 2 or 3 customers per day on average. For many young gals making a few thousands a month to come all the way to Sin-gapore is not worth the while especially they are pretty and sexy. The gals would rather hang around with Datuks or rich men in KL charging one or two thousands Ringgit per day. Most can make 10K or 20K Ringgit per month with lots of freedom. So I don't see HC come back any time in the future. One because Internet booking is increasingly more common. Two police continue to target HCs to clear dirty image for SPA industry. Three more choices come into local market like China mei mei, Korean, Euro etc. You can always visit HCs across the Causeway but one thing for sure the gals are very much lower quality, and higher health risk factor.
