Sigh.. What to say? These guys of all the ranks and positions should know better if they want to partake in such "activities".. As a civil servant you should know what to do and what not to do, or at least they must adopt the "if you must eat, make sure you wipe your mouth clean after" mentality..
Maybe someone should tell them of the 3 golden rules to abide to.. Also, sometime we have to take a good look at ourselves in the mirror. If you are not overtly dashing, and there is a bitch who wants to hook you, chances are that she's up to no good.. This is quite a scary story, to me actually. 'Cause it shows that the higher you climb, however meteoric, if you ever slip up the crashing back down will always be horrible. Personally I don't blame them for what they did, but can just only say that they are quite dumb to be caught by these CPIB people..

i think it is a different issue here. One is having affair and one is corruption. Well, let's see how the situation develops before we come into conclusion! The thing is civil servant must uphold a clean image, think no one will blink an eyelid if they are from the private sector.

 What is it like to do it with a married woman ? I don't know, never tried.  Ya, men never think with their head....

Braddah the public officials have a duty to SG society not to let outside things influence their decision making. In this case, the perception is the sex may have influenced judgement ie purhchase IT services and products due to sex when otherwise if had been arms lenghth or dicks lenghth may have given contract to competing vendor.
Braddah, in the case of the woman the perception is she may have used sex as a deal sweetner to land contract when if no sex had been offered she would not have landed contract. From a pure sex perspective, some divorced women don't get a lot of play. Maybe horny frequently and she simply found the men attractive and the sexual tension unbearable. Braddahs, we have to wait for the SG authorities to unfold the case. Braddahs, while its tittaliting for you braddahs, can't say you people don't have dirty laundry you are hiding with your GL and KTV secrets too. Perhaps this is a wake up call to curb your weaknesses and be a better member of SG society.

There is a very distinctive difference between a typical comm fuck & this.
This one cfm got KC and all that involved. Thus the saying, the sweeter it gets, the more poisonous it is. A married woman, or I heard divorced woman from my 3rd wife, who's doin sales to get business to boost their own standing & portfolio within her own organisation. What's new? That's Y I always say, if you can play WLs, you will never have problems facing society. Incase you're not aware, it's not uncommon for business people to have rendezvous with females who are trying to close a big big contract. This is applicable in all industries & it isn't taboo, it's just something not widely spoken though known. To maintain & service the account & to ensure the account never goes to a competitor, just keep the client happy! Just because they are wearing a suit and has a office time zone, does not make them angels. This is the real world! Have you ever met someone during an interview who actually can suggest doin anything you wish as along as they get the job? Welcome to life!

Yes, i oso heard this trade secrets before from my friend who is a sales director. Always got opportunity to bed the buyer from another company.......
U never know how messy this type of relationship is until it becomes public knowledge by then its too late........
