i think as a nightlife snr mgr you should be able to have enough social proof to hit up girls in the nightlife spots you're working in.

True, but he can always go other nite-spots to hook up gals mah. Since he is a nitelife snr manager, he should have no problems hooking up gals. That's a soft skill which he must possess in order to hold such designation.

Sounds like you understand my pains bro! Its easy to hook up at work but eating and shitting where you work usually brings about complications. Flirting or socializing with guests does not equals to bringing them back!
