my best experience in such massage is still thailand.
they are called something like 'chak-ka-sai'. but wud recommend that you request only those 'ajarn' or teachers to do it. they are skilled but not young. the other good experience was in Indonesia, Bali. the lady is really good. they will start with your tummy, then legs before doing your groin area. tried taiwan & china but so far did not have the luck to meet someone that I can say is really good. one of the important thing is they shd massage or apply pressure on the point between the arse hole and your balls. they must know how and when to do that. also massaging the balls help rid the testis from all the built-up of toxins. therefore when you urine after such massage, your urine is normally more cloudy or smelly than usual. juagen or whatever term you want to call is actually a really healthy thing to do. I think it is good only if it done by an experienced person. I believed there are too many so call "jua gen" nowadays are maybe stimulating your brother and than cool it down, follow by HJ.
I heard one of the Jua Gen experts says that the proper procedure cannot be done to frequently and I always tot you are not suppose to Ejaculate after an actual Jua Gen?
