Questions on being raided

need some advice from Bros here.

My FB who is a freelance ML is caught a few days back. She has owned up to her freelancing and has decided to fly back town.

So now, would like to ask.

1. will she get blacklisted and next time coming to SG will be a problem for her?
2. how does the whitecard suppose to work? I saw some FL with whitecard going all around SG like no business.
3. her phones are confiscated. SGP can do that without returning her?

appreciate some advice if any.

white card holder are awaiting trial, fighting her conviction, usually ended up with minor fine and sent back after the trial is over (may take between 1-2 years for conviction)

Just some clarification for you.

She is a Massage Lady whom I get along very well after some frequent visits. so, eventually become a FB status. Secondly, I am not caught in the raid with her. Nothing to say in my side.

Eih. The standard SOP by the polis? Caught, ransack home for evidence, confiscated phones for investigation, hold her for 24hr before release.

She usually will text me after span of 2-3days. Suddenly she gone quiet, more than 5days. So decided to text her instead. She lost all her phones and contacts after being caught. So after I text her, she told me the news and how the polis treats her and etc.....

She will be sent back every time she try to enter Singapore for at least 3 yearsCorrection.They will not be able to come back anymore as i have a friend who was caught 5 years back and every time you make a application its rejected!I have interview with the immigration officer and they are very frank in telling me not to waste time! Its over for them.Unless you can cough out tons of $ to engage a lawyer to write in having a very valid reason for her to come in.One of those is legal marriage to a local!

So i suggest if you are only genuine in marrying this girl you may want to think of those solution that is workable.If not i suggest you give up and visit her elsewhere better.

And with her this case looming, even if TS is serious about marrying her, will find her future application for LTVP or PR hard.
