Man charged with molesting girl

A MAN was charged on Monday with molesting a 15-year-old girl at a hotel.

David Chee Dah Wei, 28, is accused of hugging the girl at a hotel in Upper Serangoon Road at about 1am on June 4 last year.

Bail of $8,000 was set.

His passport was impounded, and as a condition of bail, he is not to approach the victim.

His case will be mentioned next Monday.

If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to two years or fine or caning or any two such punishments.

hi,

I think if a 15 yr old follow a man into a hotel and agree to have sex. If the parents find out, the man still kena ..... it's that simple.

the law is getting harder on those found with under-age, so do check their IC if suspect they are under-age. Precaution is safer.

It's commonly known, gals / women have more legal Rights than guys in SGP. It's oso common knowledge, that many gals capitalise on these legal Rights to their advantage. No matter how indecent, or watever agreement the guy has or had with the gal, the Law supercedes.

But sometimes, also very difficult to determine the correct age of the girls. Many may look like 19's, 20's etc but are actually 14-15.

Unless you take a look of their NRICs, you'll never know but who will show you their NRICs ?

Safer bet is to go for MILFs but what the heck, who will prefer SYTs to MILFs ?

Well in tis case e law will give the benefit of a doubt 2 e gal. Guyz will oways b in e losing end when ting like tis happens.

She is only 15, why would an adult takes such a risk? Obviously he couldnt think straight but there are plenty of young ladies to pick at clubs, why so goondu and get caught?

Really not worth it. Ur career...reputation etc. The worst part is when u r in the prison. Some ah beng's ask u. "Yan dao eh,lu dio si mi case? ". You dare to tell them " Wa bia xiao mei mei dio eh". On that day onwards...evey night u will be damn busy.
