PPC coming alive?
Notice there is a growing supply of TN shop recently. I am refering to the one with lot of Tour agency below.
Check out the back lane of level 3 and 4. Pass by yesterday and saw some lau chio waving at you.

if TS is referring to L2 n 3 of Ppl Pk CENTRE, then his info is very outdated liao lor. those shops have been there for ages liao.
PPl Pk COMPLEX, fr wat i knw all along r d L2 n L3 shops which had existed long ago. L4 is made up of mostly offices.
