Anyone has the once-and-for-all definitive answer, what actually happens when you are caught in the middle of the act?

I know you shouldn't lie if you rly kena caught, just cooperate and get the fuck out of there. But any follow-up? Will you receive warning letter in your house mailbox (effectively notifying your family)? Will your workplace get informed? Does it matter if you're public servant / private company worker?

I always hear ppl guessing on forums, or 3rd party accounts. But no one ever seems to have an answer.

Btw, I'm referring to the situation where the FL / ML is obviously of legal age, those non-legal kind obviously will kena gao gao.

AV conducted raid inside a HC and you are engaged in the act?

Many years ago, i think 2010 / 2011, got raided while i was inside a condo unit with a FL.

AV & plainclothes policeman, just check my IC for verification and asked me few questions:
1. do i run the operation / know the operator.
2. How i contacted and know about this place.

Then, they asked me to get out.

They didn't take my particulars or contact number. Of course, they have ways to get them, if they want to.

No follow ups / letters to anywhere. Was a tense few months.

Just give the answer say dunno the gal / no contact / just pay only.

No warning letter and no notification if inside hotel room...private home or apartment then pray gal not involved in drugs or criminal cases.

not apply to all situations but generally only

-don't keep pornography material in your handphone. if they ask to see and go through, even on pretext of checking messages with ML. once porno found, clips or websites, can be a separate case that can lead to house search

-co-operate very nicely. some officers can ask you go back with them to station for assistance, it can take hours. if you are in the middle of work day, best to quickly ask to take urgent leave. if family calls to ask your whereabouts, don't pass phone to officer if he/she says let me speak to them
