PRC white card issues

hi guys, any1 knowleageable enough can enlighten me with regards to this???

if a PRC was cheated by her agent, her work permit was cancelled w/o her knowledge and she finds herself overstaying in Singapore for 1month already. wat are the course of action she can take to defend herself?

which is the relevant authorities she should surrender to? and what are the consequences? etc, bad records, etc

in the event she's issued a white card to act as prosecution witness, wat are her restrictions in singapore? can she re-engage another agent to find work? can she even get married in singapore?

She should have a so-called IPA, bring her passport with white card and IPA to MOM to lodge a complaint to this agent... Then follow wat MOM said... but she confirm had to go back to her country b4 any other job or other commitment...

Bro, I will teach you all the step by step ways of getting around.

1) She need to get a police report as suspected fraud cause the PRC gave money to the company agent and look for a job which the agent did find the job but it provoke her wp, without her knowledge.

2) After the report she need to go to China Embassy in the morning to ask the embassy for help, they will tell you how to play around with Sg law, cause there are incidents before for such case

3) If you want to get marry with her, you can ask your MP write a letter to ICA to ask for approval for marriage, usually ICA will get back to you with the letters send by your MP, it subjects to the Controller Of ICA.

step one, she will b detain at the police station liao where still got step 2 or 3???

just in case if she is detain @ the ploice stn. than there will be no case of overstaying.
the best is to go to their respective Embassy for advice to what ever matter concerning the LAW..

This could be another case of cheating by agent. But it best that you go to mom and clear your doubt as they will be the one to handle the case . Likely she will be issue a special pass for the duration of investigation but she can not work in. The best is to go to mom first as now she will be consider a overstayer, hope this can be of some help.
