The STOMPer describes in an email (Sep 10): "Was at Sentosa today with the family and saw this lady with her micro mini shorts on. "Looks like material for clothes is quite expensive as she certainly needed a few more inches to cover her butt cheeks! "She was completely oblivious to the world, strutting around the whole place. "Sexy butt? Look for yourself and decide. "Don't women check for wardrobe malfuctions before they step out? "It was rainy as well... Surely the cheeks would have been pretty cold."
