Outing a married guy
Brothers, is it a crime (criminal to threaten to tell a man's wife if he refuses to stop his affair? I figured that it is probably giving him face and a chance rather telling his wife straight.
Appreciate some advice from brothers here. |

Re: Outing a married guy
Bro Sadfa is right.
That girl is a good friend who is now with my buddy. She had a fwb relationship previously with the married guy but stopped. She then got together with my buddy. Recently saw them at lunch together and body language doesnt seem right. I asked her and she confessed that he's trying again but she's not agreed as she wants to move on. Thinking whether to tell him to stop, or should just tell his wife directly i.e which is more effective. Telling him means he would tell my friend, and she would hate me for meddling in her affairs and I might lose my friendship with her and my good friend as well. This might push her deeper into his arms? Was thinking of telling his wife as she doesnt know that I know who his wife is. |

I would think is none of your business.
Harsh, but you know that. Stop trying to find reasons to justify what you know you should not do. |

Many are right that was none of your business. If you told your friend and he don't listen really nothing you can do. If you meddle into this affair and the couple divorce then you may have bad luck for at least 3 years. |

Re: Outing a married guy
If both parties are willing, then what's the problem? Unless you have another agenda as well.

Re: Outing a married guy
IMO, try to drop a big hint or have some talks with the parties concerned without being too blunt.
From personal experience, I saw before my eyes the wife of my buddy entering a budget hotel with another man. It's infidelity for sure but what can I do when my buddy can't control his own wife? I can only do my part to ensure that 1 day when he's devastated from a divorce, I'm there for him that's all. |
