heard the bosses transfer water from their other joints to beef up the place.... for me the place is pretty cheap to drink in a ktv setting but i m not ktv cheongster still prefer big open pubs .........
still dare promote this place...go grand opening...go so early and no room in the end muz go other place....me boycott liao..i believe some of the bruders who were there also same feelings.....
Was busy with my work yesterday afternoon....1 of the bro called up and asked me if interested to go Sampalace for a drink cos it was there opening ceremony yesterday... since already agreed to support my so called friend's friend who is the new boss there...Make an effort to activate some kakis to show face during the night session as promised by the "boss" that beer charges will be counted as Happy hr charges thru'out the nite...Later during the evening time, my friend called up to inform that room availibility subjective to 1st come 1st serve bases due to opening ceremony... W.T.F... intend to call off this outing but since already informed all the kakis.. L.L but to seek some bros help to go down early to reserve the room.
Total 8-9 kakis activated.... 3 kakis reached there ard 7pm to have dinner there..Told them to go in to made reservation of the room 1st. Later join in another 4 kakis. Called my friend that we are already there...KNN... U guys know what happened next???????? My friend called back and informed us that he had spoken to the boss.. The boss told him that he is unable to give us any Happy hr rate due to the following reason :-
1) Opening ceremony
2) Cashier machine so call already "modified" thus no happy hr rate for yesterday.
Most happening news broke by my friend was that room not confirm yet. Need to wait after 9pm to re-confirm... HAHAHAHAHA......W.T.F... Joke of my life...
As we are used to cheonging at the KTV scene... and in order not to made life difficult for my friend. We therefore told my friend that since we are here already, we just need to get the room. No HH rate for us is ok. We don't mind about it...Due to only 8pm at that time.. Went in to recce recce abit... Gosh... Supposed to expect some SYT as informed to us that they will get gals support from Dickson... HAHAHAHAHA... Ya, many gals.. not SYT but many SOT...
Finally some kakis cannot tahan so asked my friend to re-confirm the availability of the room...If not, will proceed back to our home ground.. Answer given to us after confirmation was we are 2nd in queue... but rm availability still unknown...
What a GOOD reply from the boss..... Aren't they had rm reservation record that since we are the 2nd in queue... Can't we get a room???? All will carry on after Happy hr?????????
In the end........ L.L but still had to proceed back to our homeground... At least we can get some good support from our homeground management. We called at 8.15pm and can get a room at 8.30pm..

This quote recalled me when I was in TH somewhere last year... Was with 3 other kakis. Came in 1 gal. Introduce herself and realise that she was a s'porean....When in the room, started to voice her "sorrow" out.. no $ to pay for hp bill lah, mother sick lah, used to work in Kabuki lah, that place very "hiong" lah, she not used to it lah....
After less than 10 mins, butterfly off and didn't come back.. Due to very limited gal at work during that day, was hanging outside the corridor and saw that this gal was actually brought in by a guy to work in TH, This bastard was actually enjoying himself in 1 room with another friend while monitoring and teaching this gal how to operate in TH...
After about almost 1+ hr, saw this gal again walking along the corridor half drunken... immediately took out $20, pay her and ask her not to step into my room anymore... she smile and walk off.............. During the billing time, out of a sudden, This guy push open our door and brought this gal in and started to ask us for tips. My friend told him tips already given to her earlier on. This guy started to ask her if it is true (This gal seems very drunk at that time). She nodded her head...... KNN. U know what happened next??? The guy still got the cheek to ask us how much we pay her..... I was damn fucking pissed off at that time and I show him a L.C face and replied to him: " I pay her $20. Enough??? Can U bring her out immediately" KNN.... Me was thinking.. if 1 more word from him again, I will throw the bloody beer glass at this guy's fucking face.. KNN... thinking of this incident now really made my blood boil up..

Been there two days ago at abt 5pm with some kakis to check out the place. Managed to chat with the Boss (Benson & Henry). Apparently, they claimed that business was good for the past one month with rooms fully booked (HH as well as non-HH). However, we sat outside the open lounge area to recce & observe those MMs reporting for work. They started coming in abt 5 to 5.30pm. From a rough head-count there are abt 20 to 25 MMs. Half of them late 20+yrs. Probably abt 20% can-make-it.
The regulars there, it seems are those contractors, 2nd Hand-car dealers types... (Not my cup of tea). Checked with the management,
HH bottles (Chivas) is $168+++,
Fruits - $10/-
Nuts - $5/-
Towel - $1/-
After calculations, after all the +++, it adds up to abt $200+. I feel its not that cheap after all. The quality & quantity of the MMs also not so swee..... I think I'll give this place a miss.... I'll go back to my playground.... DY Leisure.!!!
