Following the success of our recent trip to Chengdu, Chongqing, and Xi’an in May, we originally planned to continue our journey by exploring Qingdao, Yantai, and Weihai in Shandong Province on June 16. However, due to recent instability in Qingdao’s entertainment scene, our local contacts — particularly those involved in nightclub and KTV operations — advised us to postpone our visit. They’ve recommended that we explore alternative cities for the time being and extended an invitation to return once the situation improves.

After thoughtful discussions and assessments, Team Phillip has decided to shift our focus to Changsha, Hunan, for our next tour. Many of you may already be familiar with Changsha’s vibrant and well-known nightlife—it consistently ranks at the top in China for after-dark entertainment. It’s said that the streets of Changsha remain bustling even at 3 or 4 AM, a testament to the city's energetic nightlife culture.

In recent conversations with local colleagues, we discovered that Changsha boasts nearly 20 high-traffic KTV venues, including some uniquely styled “braless wild” KTVs that rival the experiences found in Xi’an, Chongqing, and Chengdu. These establishments offer a range of entertainment options that are both diverse and exciting, attracting visitors from all over China.

Personally, I visited Changsha once before Covid, leading a group of friends from Singapore. We visited a few KTVs during that trip, and I was struck by the vibrant energy and atmosphere. In fact, joining my tour is completely free because I personally lead it. During the day, you can sleep in as long as you wish, then explore local attractions and discover delicious food. Our much anticipated Changsha KTV exploration trip officially began on June 16, and let’s just say — it kicked off with a twist! For our first outing, my local business partner arranged a visit to a well-known entertaintment venue, which to our delight was a Wild Games KTV. Naturally, we were curious and asked the DJ what made this place different from similar venues we’d been to in Xi’an, Chengdu, and Chongqing. With a knowing smile and a playful expression, she gave us a mysterious smile and simply said, “You’ll find out, sit back and enjoy the experience!”

Despite arriving an hour behind schedule, the venue was still lively, full of energy and buzzing with activity. We were guided to our seats, and not long after, the manager brought in multiple batches of stunning women for us to choose from. Each batch was presented in a mini parade of about 10 ladies, all of whom were spectacular and added to the excitement. In total we saw about 80-100 young gorgeous women.
