If it was either of these 2 cases, then you could still get pregnant provided:
1) it was during your fertile period (ie, about 7-10 days after your last menses)
2) your partner has no known defect in his sperm production

However, for the pregnancy to happen, it will still hafta be the sperms that has a longer shelf-life ... which means you'd be having a baby girl.
