Update ... I have called to make report because not convenient to go to branch until tonight but tonight i will go down ... the guy havw replied and said will send an account later .. Police said try to get account so can help in investigation

They gonna play with you. What you can do is toughen up, they will threathen call you, go to your house, do all this loanshark harassment stuffs. U need to be firm . U need to stand the ground. No is no. Return their money back when they call u to ask for $800. U have to be firm. After that change your handphone number. Do not repeat this mistake. And hopefully they dont do anything to your house stated on the I/C.

TS... you should have report to the police the moment people here tell you to. Then transfer your money out from the bank account that you had given to the caller. Monitor the account, once they transferred the money, report to bank immediately and say you suspect people may be mis-using your account, furnish with the police report to the bank as proof and request for the bank to freeze your account if possible, then go back to the police to update them of the latest development.

Let the police do their job thereafter...

Most likely they're using TS bank account for depositing scam money & now TS is part of the syndicate, TS poh mata is the right thing to do clear yourself.

Apart from the usual SMS type, I think there might be a new variation of it.
Caller will claimed to be authorised by a bank in Singapore to offer loans to customer.
Will share about how low their monthly payment and interest is. Then will give you a projected figure you can loan based on your monthly salary.

Best part, they will send a dispatch to collect the required documents from you, anytime, anyplace.
Once they received the documents, approval will be confirmed over the phone.

Really sounds like legit stuff, if one is desparate there and then to think clearly.
