Nope, higher risks of STDs means less healthy. Also depends on what you're comparing with. If compare with monogamy, then yea, using service is less healthy, but if compare service with ONS, then not really more or less healthy. This is health-wise.

Mentally, depends on person. Fear of STDs, getting found out, getting emotionally invested with a worker can be draining mentally, and whether the periodic companionship and release is worth it, who knows.

Financially, it's just a transaction. Not cheap, but as long as don't get addicted, should be ok. Ownself manage own finances. Like gambling lor, go for the high, just make sure don't spend more than you can afford. At least this one less propensity to borrow money and play more I guess.
