First of all, you don't need to tell us you are still an overweight virgin if you want to stop watching porn and masterbation. What's the connection? Likes to watch porn: Nothing wrong with watching it. Or you prefer starring in it?

if u cant stop on yr own, get help by gg to sex counsellors or hypnotherapist. For cheaper option, can go to IMH addiction dept
