I just took the hiv rapid test and come out -....very heng...tis kind of furious feeling is unbearable...i was veri scare and pray i hv - ...tis feeling was unbearable..i toldmyself if + wat shd i do next...die die die...after result i told myself will never try thai or PRC FL or FB anymore....never never touch again...

The last update highest HIV risk for non-licensed FL in Singapore is Vietnamese.

But you are right. At the end of the day anyone can be infected and it is the luck of the draw.

Not possible to transmit HIV through BBBJ
Even if the person giving BBBJ is a known HIV carrier and has bleeding gum
HIV is simply too fragile


Condom & HIV

Those studies that conclude HIV can still be transmitted despite wearing a condom includes subjects that has condom failures plus other statistical rounding(s) which prevent a 100% answer.
If condom doesn't break, slip, disappear into pussy etc etc ... then the likelihood of HIV transfer when using condom is 0%.
Cap on (provided no CD failure) you're 100% safe from HIV

*note you can still get all sorts of nasty STDs from the above examples.

i am sure if i can agree with your point on bbbj and hiv, no solid evidence does not equate to not possible.

as for your other point, the notion is that condom reduces the risk of getting HIV, not it is 100% riskfree

Hi Doc you mentioned in an earlier post that Gonnorhea can affect other parts of the bodies other then the typical areas such as the penis and vagina. We know the tpyical signs of infection of these areas are a discharge but what about those other areas such as throat, anus or even the joints. What are the symptoms and signs of an infection?

not everyone will display the symptoms, some dont even show any symptoms and the symptoms could be misleading too.

First of all, like what Mr. Big Sexy said, symptoms are not reliable for diagnosis and the only way to know if you are infected or not is to be tested.

Even infections of the penis and vagina, up to 10% of Gonorrhea infections do not show any symptoms.

Anus - symptoms include discomfort especially when passing stool. Sensation of needing to pass stool constantly. And a discharge. The discharge is usually not too bad and most of my patients describe it as feeling like the butt if always wet or moist.

Throat - symptoms very much like that of a tonsillitis. Very painful with yellow pus on the tonsils. Swollen lymph nodes on the neck. Fever is uncommon.

Joints - freaking painful and swollen joint. Usually a big joint like the knee and not small joints like the fingers. This is very rare.

DGI - disseminated gonococcal infection. patient is very ill. High fever, rash, multiple joint pain then it moves into your brain and your heart then you die. Fortunately, this is also very very rare.

BTW, then you get gonococcal arthritis (joint infection) or DGI, you will NOT have symptoms of local gonorrhea infections. In other words, you will NOT have pain passing urine or discharge. That is what makes it so difficult to diagnose.

True story - I had a patient. Young man, very healthy, gym nut. Suddenly had pain and swelling in his left knee. Went to hospital and did every test under the sun but found nothing. Was suffering in extreme pain. Until at last decided to test for gonorrhea and there it was. He had no urine symptoms AT ALL. He also was not high risk. Don't visit FL. Just regular GF. Lesson learnt. Now everytime he get a bit of joint pain he quickly come see me.

Thanks Big Sexy and Doc for the clarification...ref to the young man case, that sounds real scary considering he is in a low risk group..did he ever found out how he was actually infected?
