Me overseas. My symptoms r abit similar 2 gonorrhea / chlamydia, but no pain. Until I start 2 worry, then maybe feel abit pain when initial burst of urination (maybe imagination). I dun pcc often.

As posted in the sticky thread, I have a feeling something is not right, when I saw some white semen-like discharge on my didi, especially in the morning when I wake up. Daytime, not much discharge, sometimes, abit stain on my underwear, just like after urine, a few stain drops.

I also pcc 1 time each on the 1st 2 days I discovered the discharge. No pain, normal feeling, juz tat cum not much.

Went 2 doctor tis morning, doctor confirmed urinal tract infection. Initial lab tests oso show got chronic gonorrhea germs. Doing further lab tests 4 further & more detailed diagnosis. Last went 2 WL exactly 1 week ago, bonked wif condom.

Doctor says chronic (slow / delayed symptoms) gonorrhea not as common, I could have been infected 1 month ago! Was told by doctor, bonking wif condom, especially WLs & non-regular sex partner, is a good practice. But cd is not 100% safe.

similar, took injection, but oso was put on drip (antibiotics & antiseptics). Drip goes direct into blood stream, so the medication will take effect faster. Doctor oso cleaned pee hole, by inserting rod wrapped wif cotton (similar 2 using cotton buds 2 lean ears, but rod is thinner) & dipped in antiseptic(s) into pee hole, leave the rod there awhile (30secs to 1 minute), repeating this 3 times. Was told, no alcohol, no seafood, no spicy food for at least the next 1 - 2 weeks, reason being, no alcohol when under medication (common sense). Seafood & spicy food may worsen the inflammation / infection. Also advised to drink plenty of plain water.

Yours might oso be the chronic type.

correct, was oso told "no sex activities", though the doctor didn't mention about pcc. Anyway, where got the mood 2 pcc, when u kena this, & worry like shit?

It's common sense, no alcohol when under medication. Quite common 4 alcohol 2 "clash" wif antibiotics, resulting in adverse side effects on us / our bodies. Was oso told, no seafood / spicy food, cos these may worsen the inflammation / infection. Me proceeded 2 do all tests, since there oredi, might as well, do it all 1 time, make sure everything ok. Me did HIV testing when renewing Employment Permit (part of health / legal requirements) 3 months ago.

untill now, i still dont know how i got gono. my last few encounters are all
my regular(license and non-license wl). However, i always have bbbj.

The only different is probably my non-license one performed
alot of deepthroat this time round. I read from somewhere that these germs
incubate somehwere behind the throat membrances.

if you have condom on during oral. it is really puzzled?

well, firstly, I'm in different country, PRC, Shanghai, to be exact.

I think it's oso good to cleanse the urine path, kill the bacteria / germs inside. Our urine is normally damn dirty, 1 of the ways of passing out the dirt in our bodies.

At the moment, the doctor said gonorrhea is highly possible, but he said juz wait 4 the lab tests results, which will be ready in 48 hours, rather than making speculations or wild guesses. Doesn't wanna give wrong comments 2 mislead me.

The WL I visited 1 week ago, isn't really tat professional nor well-trained one, really those fark & go type, no bath / shower service, the "interior decor", or cleanliness / hygiene in these fark shops are below average. But I'd been in this country for several years liao, even been 2 more backward places in this country, so I'm kinda used 2 it. Shanghai is considered quite good oredi.

I din go 4 bj wif this WL, juz straight fj. Usually, after removing condom, they'll clean wipe our didi wif antiseptic tissue, but it's oso common 4 them 2 use toilet paper. As tis fark-shop is juz directly opposite my apartment, I usually go straight home after bonking & wash my didi wif the shower immediately, which is 5 mins after the bonk.

The doctor said though condom offer quite some protection, but it's not 100% safe. EG, when the cd breaks, or there is open wound on nearby areas tat can come into contact wif those germs / virus.

Thinking about this, few weeks back, I was quite tired & lazy 2 even go downstairs 2 the fark-shop, there was oso several days when the surrounding fark-shops were closed, due 2 anti-vice activities. So I pcc at home. Those few days, I ended up having skin-tear on my shaft, partly cos my hand / fingers had some dry skin from skin tear due 2 dry environment / climate. The skin tear is juz like a small scratch / abrasion, 1 short line across. When washing with shower, oso got the burning feeling on the skin tear area. But I do remember, I had waited until tat scratch has totally recovered, in fact, it's several days after the recovery, tat I went bonking in tat fark-shop again. And, condoms can usually cover tat area.

I oso had a small wart-like bump in my pubic hair region, but this lump is there for at least more than 1 year. It could even be several years ago, I can't really remember. As far as I remember, I discovered this bump when I was scratching my pubic region, I ran over tat bump & felt abit pain, then saw it. It may be something like a pimple w/o "head" / puss type, I can't remember either. But after the next few days, it doesn't really bother me as long as I don't irritate tat bump, I didn't think much / 4got about it. Furthermore, everything else is juz normal. Until these few days, then saw & remember it again.

Thinking from another point of view, the doctor said there's quite some chronic gonorrheal bacteria, meaning slow type, I could have been infected 4 at least 1 month or more! Tat leads me 2 think of about exactly 1 month ago, I went 2 another city 2 meet a net fren we'd been chatting 4 1 year plus, but havent met b4. She's Shanghainese, typical Shanghainese gals r still quite particular about hygiene & health, rather atas or "high-class" / stuck-up type, like many SGP gals. The 1st nite we met, we bonked 1 round, & we did it raw. She insists on not using cap, cos it's her safe period, & since I'm always capped when bonking WLs. Now I remember, many months ago, she complained her ex-bf doesn't like 2 use cap, often do her raw & shoot inside, she has 2 take those pills 2 prevent pregnancy. It could be tat she oso has gonorrhea w/o symptoms nor knowing it.

I was thinking of informing & telling her 2 get it checked, but the nurse advised me 2 wait 4 the results 2 come out, b4 doing anything. Though I think this is going 2 be disastrous 2 inform her, but 4 health's sake, it's better 2 get her 2 check it out, & if infected, be treated earlier than later. If she's healthy, it'll be good.

The other possibility is an SG gal I had a short few weeks r'ship wif, about 13 - 14 months back. She bbbj me, let me CIM (but will go toilet 2 spit out), we oso bonked raw, cos she said she's allergic / sensitive 2 rubber stuffs. She's kinda those playing around type, after those few weeks & a few bonking sessions, she suddenly refuse 2 take my calls / keep in touch. I was still speculating wif my frens, if she has a v close bf, or probably even married but having problems wif her bf / hb at tat period of time. Or probably gotta know another new guy.

But, I think, as the doctor & nurse advise, wait 4 the results 2 come out.

oh, I 4got 2 mention, another treatment includes dipping cotton into antiseptics & then cleaning my dickhead wif it. After tat, they use a kind of lamp (yellow colored light) 2 shine on my didi for about 15 mins. I was told by the nurse, tat tis lamp / lighting has the function of killing germs / bacteria.

By the way, the doctor & nurse who attended 2 me are v nice, they were chatting wif me throughout, like casual conversations, 2 make me feel relaxed, throughout the consultation / treatment procedures. Something like counselling. Talked about lifestyle, job / work matters, finance, r'ships, future plans (including family life / plans), leisure life, sports, etc etc.

The nurse was quite sensitive & even apologised, when chatting & she asked a question tat prompted me 2 reply I'm divorced, & I left SG after and because of the divorce. When comes 2 talking about this topic (the aftermath of my divorce, esp when I was almost declared bankrupt, & saving my dad from heart attack due 2 my divorce & financial situation), plus me being all alone in a foreign land, here alone 2 fend & take care of myself, now being sick wif an infectious disease + scared & worried, at one moment, tears almost rolled down my eyes.

But all in all, I'm very glad wif the service standard of the medical care here, ie, technology, hygiene, interior decor, frenly staffs, the level & way of explanations, etc etc. Not 2 mention this forum, where at least I have the window 2 voice out, & have other fellow sufferers of STD 2 share / exchange experience / seek solace, rather than keeping / bottling inside. Outside cyberworld, it's juz generally not tat acceptable in Asian culture 2 be infected wif a STD, therefore, I have no other avenues 2 speak 2 anyone else.

Damn bloody demoralised. I had failed my so called smear test.
But i am clear of gono. Its damn confusing.

No urine for 4 hours before the test. I had initially thought they want to take my urine. It is at that moment that i knew there are going to perform my smear test. My previous smear test is painless as a result that my gono is already producing so much discharge. They did not have to insert the mini small tube or spoon(dont really dare to look) down my urine path and scrub some content out. Its damn fucking pain. Somemore twice.

Anyway, the doctor say that i still had some germs or bacterial inside. I ask him is it gono. He say i am clear of gono. I ask him what kind of thing is that.
He seem like not able to answer. So i ask him again is it a form of std. He say
yes. And he like couldnt tell me what is it. I ask is it this germs is there before gono. He says maybe. How come he dont give me
the name of the germs. Its damn strange.

I was then given antibiotics and another type of medicine called erythromycin(which i read the menu, that suppose to treat infection. But seem more like
treat acne type). All medicine to complete in another 2 weeks time.

I then will go through the SMEAR TEST. God help me and give me strength to feel no pain.

My diagnosis is out, the explanations given 2 me are all in Chinese, I got the "subsidiary" of Chlamydia, and the non-typical (not so common) gonorrhea.

The doctor said I could have been infected about a month ago, by the non-typical (in Chinese, it's called "outside the cell") gonorrhea. I could have been infected by both at the same time.

This leads me to think, I may not have caught it from the WL, but from a fren instead. About 1 month ago, I was visiting tis fren, who was working in another city at tat time. Tat nite, we went pubbing, after drinking, we slept 2gether...She complained b4 a few times, her ex-bf often wanted 2 bonk her raw.

The other possibility is a short term r'ship I had wif a gal in SGP about 15 - 16 months ago, we bonked raw, cos she said she's allergic 2 rubber?!
