Actually the CBD area is really quiet on weekends n nice to run just tht not many ppl n chiobus for u guys to view la so might not be interesting

Ladies & Gentlemen, just a friendly sharing. Last night I jog by here about 11.30 pm. There is a car that is bouncing at the car park. Can see it bouncing from the bridge... so it is obvious la.

If it is any of the brothers here, please be careful, got a lot peeping tom in the car park. The foreign workers at the work site nearby.

Sis, I am old. I hardly sleep. Normally I sleep about 2 to 3 am and wake up about 7 to 8 am. That is a lot of sleep to me already.

Ehey...that's not healthy mr chairmeh of punggol jogging club...sleep is v. impt to keep us healthy... all of us need 8 hrs of sleep n shd sleep by 11pm, more so when u r older ..tats what the doctors r saying leh

Yes sleep is important but when aging, you can hardly sleep through the night of 8 hrs without waking up and found it hard to fall asleep again. Generally a good 6.5 hrs for those above 50 is good enough.

Thanks bro for yr sharing ...but I can wake up in the middle of the nite n pee a while n then go back to sleep till the next morning..maybe I shd re-confirm tis with my physician when I next see her again
