den u have to really put ur heart into learning. a friend of mine did, and only with a book and cd, he can speak and write(read) in a span of 3 months.

for me i cant, cuz im too lazy haha tts why 3 yrs liao still like crap lol.

Get a good book and learn from the basic. Does your thai gf speak thai to you? You will learn faster if she does.

Watching thai drama u can also improve ur thai...I like to watch those thai dramas when I am in thailand, esp those they show every evening at 7pm and 9 pm

My thai gf very reluctant to teach me, ask me to learn myself....haiz
She ask me to take thai language course and she take chinese language course.
Hope to learn the language soon..
