Instead of budget I go by frequency - usually 2x a month. If I go for cheaper options such as MLs or Thai FLs, then up to 4x a month.

I usually spend about 1.5k per month nowadays. ML/FL 3-4 times a month, GL 2-4 times a week. Then got sex vacation 1-2 times a year at HCM or BKK.

I think most importantly is how much you are able to save at the end of the month.

Set aside some money to save first, the rest u can spend on your necessities and cheonging. If you earn less u should save and cheong less.

Depends on appetite and spending power. Before, I spend around $1000 in GL per month, I spread it out in different dates and with races whether it be Thai, Viet or PRC. Budget your money wisely and dont lose control.
