When to buy investment property? in 2023
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
if you bought a $200,000 property 10 years ago today it doubled to $400,000. A gain of $200,000 in value. Today you buy one at $400K and in 10 years time it double to $800,000. It is a gain of $400K in value. So if you buy one in 2023 at $800,000 and in 10 years time it doubled to $1.6M. It is a gain of $800,000. If you come to think of it, don't buy one now, wait another 10 years and buy in 2023. A gain of $800K is a much quicker way to invest. Make sense?
