I go rather odd hours to prevent bumping into a lot of people. My lifestyle is very simple. Try to end work early and then have light dinner (some salad or nuts before 6pm) and then head out for a run at 7pm and I try to sleep before 10.30pm (unless I am out with friends). At times I will wake up at 6am for a quick run. For example today, I just came back from a short run (I usually do 30min fast run for aerobics). Later going back to relax then head out for shopping, sumptuous lunch and dinner. I try to slack on weekends (eat what I want). Sometimes I changed my regime to do swimming at odd hours…

Singapore so safe, don’t need bodyguard…

Wow that's a very disciplined lifestyle, I usually do a 10km run in that area in the morning and head for a hearty breakfast before work and only end work late at night. Maybe should change my run time to bio you some days How I hope I can have a healthy lifestyle like yours
