 Do you face any inconveniences eg colleagues walk past. Does it affect your work ? Are you allowed to do it ? I know US MNCs will ban it.

I'm a production worker, don't have PC in my workplace to access.
At home, must wait till my wife not in then can access. Most of the time, go to friend's house to log in.
