Everything thing is the same as what had been written here. The place is not difficult to find, it is at the junction of Lin sen North road and jin jhou road. There is a macdonalds there so pretty easy to find esp if you do your research here.

The place is call Da Fu Hao and is located in the intersection of LinShengBei Road and Nong An Street. Ask a taxi driver to bring you there.

This type of place is over-rated definitely. Taipei is not an easy place to cheong and also is an expensive place to cheong. Empire is so popular is because ppl do not know where to go. In fact there are many this type of KTVs in Taipei. There are also lots of Japanese KTV in LinShengBei Lu. Its better to sian girls in clubs although the hit rate is not high. I find the charges in entertament spots in Taipei is crazy. Definitely not worth it.
