First of all, by now you would know how to give a "Up or Zap" point/s, by clicking on the samster's post at the top right, a light bluish weighing scale next to the post #number (will disappear after 48 hours/2days period).

A pop-out window appear to show, by default, a tick at the "I approve" ... meaning, giving whatever "My Reputation:" "Power: 12" that you have, which is "12" in your case.

OR

You can change the tick to "I disapprove" to deduct / Zap that person with your "Power: 12" (previously I remember was half of your power to zap).

Both ways, however you use it, you can only use it 2 times per 24 hours.
