Don't think there is such service locally. Best approximation, you can try curtain tuina shop that offer 30 minute session, that's $30 like a foot massage price. Go in, ask the ML to massage only your feet. Then at the end, just opt for the hj extra

Taiwan alot too and ladies will wear mini skirt while doing the foot massage for you. Some will purposely show you their thong, underwear or go commando. After massage go in room for main course haha.

In the past however at the torn down Pearl Ctr #2 there was a footshop with naughty prc's. ; . I am looking for naughtiness anyway, at places where you don't expect it. That's the thrill.
