open your wechat app, go to friends nearby, especially in Geylang or Balestier Road areas, those that provided their contact numbers have services. some in private houses or condos, some need you to open a room at a hotel. usually $100 for service only. condom you may have to provide. they prefer you to call them. if your number is private, they will ignore you. cheers.
