Police told me to try to get bank account because can help in their investigation ... Then said inform bank about the amount and cancel card and i already do so ... Money dont give back first because bank side can track which atm this kind of thing

How do you ‘give back’ the money? I don’t think transfer will show what’s the other party’s account number.

I argue say money dont need send me and i dont want already so why need do this then he say he already process and money will be in so no matter what i need do ... So i say back if process and money really come over why i cannot just transfer back then he keep on say he go through so many things now i say i dont want is like play his time and he do business time is money he entertain me dont know can earn how much more if is entertain a serious customer ... End up i say okay because i really worry

I want ask for help is about what i should do because i am scared will people come my house and disturb my family because i have send my IC and my address is on the IC and they got my information like IC and CPF statement what if they anyhow use

The money $500 havent come to my bank so i am waiting but if really need give $800 then can cancel i am okay as long my family safe and sound

Ignore lah they do not dare to do anything. Just hun hun you on the phone. But please lah how will a fat chicken run on the street let you catch one. 10000 let you pay back 185 per month. you go and count how many years you pay back? They eat grass? Do not be charm by the attractive repayment plan. These people are not angels.

Take the $500 and say thanks. Say not enough, ask them for more. Say you already prepared lighter for them already, ask them come up burn your house. You already prepared to die with them together. Tell them dont report police.

They ssy it is some process fee and I said I dont want loan already but they still transfer

Maybe they think that people will just spend whatever money in their account. So when they come back 'looking for their money', they feel they have the right to ask you for $300 'interest' since you have already spent it.

Anyway, since you made a police report, this means the police are 'aware' that something is going down; the moment they contact you again, just go down to the police station and show them the screen. Vibe your original report.

If they try anything funny to you or your family, just call the police and reference to the report that you have made.

Hi all .. Update is the person use another number to whatsapp me and sent me an account number ... Have passed to police .. But the person said he is not afraid of police and he will come my house to find my family then if his bank account freeze i will be responsible and they got power to take things from my house of value .. Anyway police say just ignore

dunno if this will work but maybe put up some fake cctv cameras around your place. if the cameras get whacked, call police to come take a look. if their runners are around and see police at your place, they will think twice before trying something else.
