Bro Kazun is right. Actually back home it is less demands from the men surprisingly. Finishing a job is much simpler, less request and straightforward. Of course some Chinamen could be a total asshole, and we have our fair share here as well.

The rates back home is higher, but other fees like rental etc are lower. While over here it is the other way round. But the biggest draw here is families won't know if they get caught.
