Always keep a lookout on your valuables when in massage rooms, even when showering. I always do that. Normally I dont bring wallet out as its a bit inconvenient. Just put cash in your pocket can liao.

Just treat this as a lesson, you will learn to be more careful as times go.

1. Pacific Palace Hotel consider low quality for me.
The same price can get better rooms.
and that location not the ideal if wanna roam around.

2. Hallo Kitty should be the last option. Price not worth the girls standard. Go roam the 10 booking joints, window shopping. You can actually walk if you follow my Booking Joint Walking Map. Or just get a driver at most.

3. Bars nothing much nowadays. Still Kampong Bule but quantity and quality of girls still low.

Any recommendation for overnight booking joints in Batam.
Joints that i just pick the gal, pay and bring back to hotel.

Had been to morena a few times but wished to have more choices from other joints.

That's very surprising and disappointing, in a place presumably with good reputation and reliable. I would suggest to write to the contact address. If the manager knows, he will not refund you, but for sure will do something with employees, because reputation is the only asset they have.
