You can find it at a lot of pharmacies but usually you will not find it at the big international chains. Be careful if it is offered to you on the streets in the "adult" areas in BKK. My advice is to get it from an established pharmacy.

I was in Nana area a few nights ago, got my Sidegra for 280B at the first pharmacy i saw. Right outside there was a street peddler and on closer look the packaging was exactly the same. My prudent self still validated buying from an established pharmacy though I am unable to validate the authenticity still 🥲

The one from the pharmacy I am confident if it is a lets say professional looking pharmacy will have sold you the real stuff.

BTW officially the pharmacy has to register all viagra like products. You can buy it without a note from a doctor but officially the pharmacy has to register you ie write down your details incl passport nr and your doctor if you have one in Thailand.

Just got the sidegra 50mg to try . Rejected by one pharmacy but another one sell me . Only 100baht .

Just adding on my experience with sidegra, purchased in bangkok by manufacturer GPO. I always purchase from the same pharmacy near Hway khwang mrt. Use google maps to search. Can't recall the price as i buy 5-6 100mg boxes at one go, but quite affordable and better value than the 50mg box.

I have been using almost each time for each bonk for about 1-2 years now.
Each time is always half pill i.e. 100 / 2 = 50mg.

First time i took 100mg, my nose got blocked for the whole night, almost couldn't sleep.

Subsequently 50mg in various combinations - before a meal l, after a meal ike dinner thai fried rice, before/after drinking with alcohol and mixer.

My experience based on anecdotal evidence is...
For the first year or so, it has fulfilled its purpose and kept me rock hard.
However, after the first year or so, the effect seems to have waned - cannot even stay hard.
I'm still trying to figure out the reasons as there are various possible combinations e.g. age, libido, "too much" wanking/ejaculation, drug composition. I suspect i have been nonchalant and have been popping the pill after food esp heavy meal...

I was told perhaps i have been too dependent on it but i couldn't really find any scientific evidence for it. Anybody strongly dependent on it and still find it effective over the years? Hope this helps

That is very very cheap, suspiciously cheap.

I think it’s cheap cause it’s the 50mg one , not the 100mg . ( not an expert here cause it’s my first time ) . I tried half a pill before the sess and I feel it does work cause my lil bro didn’t back down. But I’m not 100% sure on that cause I do not really need it , just wanted to keep it up for the sess. Pratunam Pharmacy , along Palladium night market that stretch! Hope it helps!
