May I know does anyone had special service at Hanoi9 spa? Lvl 6 of ksl? Went there girls are young but doesn't seems to offered anything special

No special at all, went 3 times already cause the massage actually good - too bad they took out thai massage already.

The food the pho actually nice lei but possibly not worth unless u spend ur lunch and dinner and break time in the pool.

Seems like clean spa then. massage was good, top up 28 for extra 6 h time there .Quite a good place to relax and chill esp the movie room

clean place, good to chill or stay ON without needing to pay for hotel...

Agree facilities and food is good similar to spas in PRC for overnight. But that was when they just open nearly a year ago. Facilities was brand new then. Read some bad Google reviews for their food and massage now. Maybe standard dropped.

Anyone known if there is other spa that allow overnight? Asia spa at Sentosa plaza is one I know that also operates 24 hours in JB but the place is older and food likely will not be available after midnight if you go late. Hope they get a bigger place when they shift to Holiday plaza

I think you are mistaken.... the 6 hr is package you must buy.
The rm28 top is for those who just go for massage...eg 1 hr foot massage or relax massage..... then they can yop up rm28 to use their facilities like jacuzzi, buffet or sauna.
If you want to stay 6 hrs.... must buy the whole packages.
They have 6hr, 10hr & 12 hr packages.

This used to be good when it just opened..... but now the standard drop a lot coz the initial batch of skilled vietbus all went back after training the current batch of workers. But these current batch cannot match the skills of the original vietbus.... and somemore staff turnover is high. Now is mix of staff from Myanmar, Indo, locals and a few vietbus. Dun expect same level of massage as in Vietnam.

Another thing is this spa is unisex and now a lot of singkies aunties like to go there. Can be depressing when they come in large group.... coz place will turn into fish market with their behavior and loud talking.

This place accept cards but need to pay 8% service charge for using cards.

Can come if you want to park your CO & MiL here for few hours.... but cheongsters better stay away. No kangtao one.

I just came back from the Hanoi Spa today

- The food is still very plain, and not very nice
- the soup is some bean soup
- very crowd, TV room many people
- aircon dk why not very cold
- the big jaccuzi is under maintenance and rennovation, reason is unknown. I will ask to walk to a VIP room to do the jaccuzi...it is very very weird, it is quite far from the changing room

For those who want to use the big jaccuzi can skip hanoi this whole month, there are no pool

Overall, I feel the experience is not as good as last time

The jacuzzi is closed because there is water rationing in KSL.... it will remain closed until the water supply returns back to normal
