Trust me....enough is NEVER enough for them. Starting may be all bed of roses....once they start showing their claws and u got committed is when ur nightmare really starts. After marriage and things turn sour (or u blow their x-timing cover) whichever comes first, they can just pack their bags and leave in 30mins max.....leaving u with a worldload of problems to deal with.....ICA....HDB....LAW FIRM....Ooooo endless list......

Beside the slut that is my ex-wife. I had years of xperience dealing with these people and still i fall and bang my head.....time and time again still see bros treading the same path....haiz....really wana shake head

Thai, in comparison to Singapore culture, has a MUCH stronger family bonding, imho. This means that they put their family first, perhaps above their own relationship with bf; the family is like their safety net - they fall back on during trying times especially.

So I'm not surprise they'll pack up and go.

Just look at the way they "help" their family members (working as FL to feed them, e.g.), extended families and even relatives. They grow up in such a close knitted network of relationships, it's really hard for a foreigner guy to take it away from her regardless of how much you love her or she love you. Try asking them this question if she can answer truthfully.

btw its no gf....i really married that slut....yes ur very correct thai ppl always put their family 1st. but i was cheated because initially i was very honest with her in tell her what kinda financial support i can provide (which is very enough for her family) and she also promised to leave the sugar daddy....in the end...haha...well

That is true only when the Thais are dealing with foreigners.

So when a Thai girl is with a foreign husband, the foreign husband will have to "understand the Thai culture" and take care of the family of the Thai girl.

But when a Thai girl with a a Thai husband, the reverse happens.

It's called "close ranks". It has more to do with not trusting foreigner than loving her own family. And people from a lower crass do behave in this way. They don't have a sense of fairness. If they're poor and you're rich, the battle line is drawn. You owe them your wealth, so you must give. Period. sorry to buzz in but i've been in relation with a thai wl for around 9-10 months... seen each other for around 3months cause she have to go back every month for 3-4days to stamp passport... keep in contact via phone calls for the next 5-6months... didn't ask me for money... will only ask me did i pay my monthly installment for my house, did i take my mum out for dinner on sunday(cause she knew my mum don't cook on sundays) not to drink so much beer, not to smoke too much(cause i smoke around 40fags per day) & etc etc... even my ex-wife didn't care so much... so if bro's here ask me... i'll just say there's indeed some JAI DEE THAI PU-YIN loh...

My Conclusion: it all boils down to your luck and fate.Some stuck gold while some bite the dust.Though generally speaking,i do agree that most of them have a few common traits or unspeaken ethics.Tread the path with care,look for the tell-tale signs and bail at at 1st signs.My own personal principle is i dont love them more than they love me,thats my defensive nature,lol
