I don't think it's only about border re-opening. It's about suddenly now, we have so many many more options to distract us. So the enthusiasm and focus have naturally shifted.

There are definitely multiple factors contributing to the poor biz some are facing but like bro pointed out with easing of borders travel, reopen of adult entertainment outlet will indirectly hit them in the face.
