My Observations on KC in KTV

Hi everyone,

these are my humble contributions to this forum. Fore-warned is Fore-armed. It is my fervent hope that fellow bros will find the following useful and prepare accordingly. It also serves as a form of therapy for me as well when I allow my thoughts out.

Yes, I am a victim - something that I thought would never happen after being a regular in the KTV scene for nigh on 5 years.

Observation 1
If you are new or relatively new to the cheonging KTV scene, you cannot be immune to KC. If you have not been KCed, it is only because you have not met a female specimen that appeals to all your senses (physical + mental).

Observation 2
For those who get KCed, only a VERY small percentage "wins" and get what they want out of the relationship. Most "believe" they are in control when they are not. They start making excuses for the girl and start living in their own fantasy environment. For those who have been through this, you know how potent and real this "fantasy" can be to the dreamer.

Observation 3
When the dreamer awakens into a nightmare, several things happen:
1) Moments of confusion or loss or sadness or feelings of lao kui or guilt (or any combination thereof).
2) A recovery period. It is a sad fact of life that some brothers never fully recover. Even those that do recover bear scars.

Observation 4
To successfully recover, a brother can choose several approaches. Below lists several stances that I have seen:

Stance 1:
Become cold and numb. Believe nothing and doubt everything a WL says. Be merciless in your pursuit of fun and don't let the tears fool you. I am in the driver's seat (i.e. my happiness is most important even if someone else gets emotionally "hurt").

Stance 2:
Revenge. Indulge in sordid commercial sex and treat whores as a lower form of life. I will say anything and use tricks to get that cunt. Taste some of my pain whore!

Stance 3:
Enough. The realm of adult entertainment is not something I am equipped to handle. I will not return to it if I can help it.

Stance 4:
Zombie. Go through the motion of "enjoying" with another girl(s). When you pretend to be having fun, maybe you might even have some fun by accident.

As everyone can no doubt see, each stance carries its own pros and cons. What is consistent however, is that the victim is "changed" by the KC experience. Became a veteran, so to speak...

Before you succumb to KC, do ask yourself the following questions:
1) Would any "nice" lady in their right minds choose to love a man that indulges in commercial adult entertainment?
2) If you had no money, would they still want you?
3) Even if they do, do you foresee a long term happy ending?

Finally, I do agree there are a few "good" ladies out there and yes, some of them truly have sad stories to share if you hear them. No one in their right minds would ever willingly choose such a profession.

The lady that I believed I loved was kind enough to share how disgusted she is to see scum like us behaving like animals in a KTV room. She herself has become scarred by the experience and no longer believes in the concept of "good" men. She absolutely cannot wait to get out of Singapore for good once her visa expires and never return. On a side note, this lady fits my definition of good because she has never slept or intend to sleep with any man in Singapore.

Hope the above balances the humour of those who read my rumblings.

Hi Big B. Thanks for the informative and useful post. It was written from first hand experience. I do not visit KTVs often. What are the horrible things that that KTV girl said she saw? Thanks.

Where to begin?

Let me try:

- Men who sweet talk to their girls and use the same language and techniques on the next girl that walks in
- Decent looking men who starts getting touchy-feely and use force to access the "goods" using drinks as an excuse
- Men who joke about their conquests and how good they are at KCing WLs
- Men who use insults and lewd language when they do not get what they desire

The list goes on and on mate. There are even worse actions committed by bros in the name of fun which I will not elaborate.

I suspect that men who treat KTV gals badly are primarily from stance 1 & 2.

Yup this Chinese lady is from Hunan province. I saw her picture in the Straits Times ..quite pretty lo and this SG guy is not bad looking too.

Some guys has the luck to marry a right one in such places while some so-called seniors and ugly fat guys wasted more than $100,000 in HFJ still end up with nothing or a sorry ending
