Do you intent to marry her? If yes, don't do it. If no, during sex bring up the topic when she is high, maybe she'll agree. But then again, if it really happened, she may look for future 3some/gangbang on her own without your presence. Please think carefully of the consequences.

Bro base on my opinion and experience as a swinger, you can try to share with her some stories in here or just ask her opinion on how she view people sharing their partner or partners with someone before jumping into the wagon.
Some people can accept to enjoy sex with their love one and another party BUT that does not mean everyone is liberal or open minded enough to enter into swinging.

Agree with ChnHubby71. Not everyone can accept the idea. It also boils down to the relationship you have with your partner. Before we started swinging, we are already very open with each other, not just with sex. Swinging for us was just a next level up but even then, we took a really long time for her to be comfortable with the idea.
Additionally, you might want to also talk about how to want to explore i.e. start off slow with watched & be watched/soft swinging with oral or w/o oral etc, as well as would you guys prefer parties, meeting up different couples every week/month or just find one or two couples that you guys have chemistry with and have an exclusive arrangement. It works differently for different couples. I'll say swinging forces the couple to know the dynamics of their relationship
