From what I know, girls who don't wear panties are not very common because girls have issues with hygiene problem. Possibility of girls not wearing panties on your first meet up with her can be equal to zero unless you super heng lor.

Not for the first time we met (how would I know anyway, first date not appropriate to ask such things) but subsequently, many times. When its a hot day, she drops the panties which I suppose keeps her cool when she wears dresses. Going on dates, sometimes she doesn't wear which leads to harassment from me.
